Seating Installation
At Tierwise, we offer a complete start to finish service when it comes to seating installation. We offer:

Initial site survey - This is made up of a full pictured documentation of the site, along with the necessary access routes, risk assessments and on-site measurements.

Removal and dismantling - Often with new installations, the existing seating may need to be dismantled and removed. We take care of the dismantling, disposal, and clearance, leaving the site ready for a new installation.

Material delivery and offload - The majority of all new installations begin with the offload of the new seating. Whether the shipment is boxed, palletised or loose, we can expertly offload all material in a chronological order on site, enabling an efficient installation. Our operatives possess full manual handling qualifications as well as forklift certification if required.

Installation - The Tierwise team will expertly install your seating using their acquired decades of industry knowledge. From fixed seating in sporting stadiums in the UK, to retractable units in Europe, our team have completed new installations across the world.

Handover and aftersales - Once your seating has been installed, our team is on hand to offer advice and training to your client on how to operate and maintain their seating safely.

Additional - Tierwise is also on hand to arrange additional aspects of the installation such as; haulage and transport of the seating, local hire of access and manual handling equipment such as forklifts or scissor lifts and waste disposal and removal.

Maintenance
After your seating has been expertly installed, it is important to uphold regular maintenance and servicing to prolong the lifespan of your seating. At Tierwise our experienced service technicians use a multi point checklist to ensure all aspects are in safe working order. What does the maintenance entail?

Inspection - Our expert team conduct a thorough inspection of your seating unit, ensuring everything is in working order and safe for use. This inspection covers right from the understructure of retractable units to a visual upholstery survey.

Report - Tierwise works in partnership with seating manufacturers to produce a detailed report showing any issues and repairs that need carried out. This allows our clients to issue a detailed quote to the customer for repair work to be carried out.

Spares and repairs - Tierwise only work direct with seating manufacturers to ensure only genuine parts are used for spares and repairs for their seating. Once the report has been submitted, a date can be organised to carry out any repair works.

Emergency call out - Tierwise are always at hand to assist when time is of the essence. We can often be with you within hours of the initial call.

Refurbishment
As time goes on, your seating can become worn, outdated or unfashionable. Working with seating manufacturers, Tierwise offers a refurbishment service that can update and breathe new life into your existing seating. What can be refurbished?

Upholstery - The upholstering on seating is the most popular component when it comes to refurbishment. Whether it be a change in style, colour or material, Tierwise can deliver a full upholstery renewal service for your tiered seating.

Timberwork - Tablet tables, facia boards and deck boards are all timber components that can be refurbished to suit your needs.

Flooring - Alike upholstery, your flooring choice can also be updated as apart of your refurbishment. As style and trends change, so can your seating unit!
